She has led the field and general operations departments of some of the largest research agencies in Nigeria and West Africa including Kantar TNS RMS Nigeria, Pan African Field Services Ltd (Panafields) and MRC.

Ranti is one of the leading experts in managing large scale national and multi-country surveys especially in the areas of consumer, media, trade and social research. Her intimate knowledge of local nuances across countries and sub regions of SSA is second to none.

She is a full member of NiMRA, SOMAR, SAMRA and PAMRO.
